To ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain accurate pricing structures, all applicants must complete the application process and provide required documentation before approval.
Wholesale accounts are designed for:

For Missouri Customers (Tax-Exempt Requests)
To qualify for tax-exempt purchasing in Missouri, you must provide:
✔ Completed and signed Missouri Form 149 (Sales/Use Tax Exemption Certificate)
OR
✔ Missouri-issued Sales Tax Exemption Certificate
Not accepted by itself:
IRS 501(c)(3) letter
Certificate of Incorporation
These may be included as supporting documents, but do not replace Form 149.
To maintain a wholesale account:

Minimum monthly volume recommended: $150+

Accounts below this threshold may not qualify for standard wholesale tiers
By applying, you acknowledge:

Sales tax will be charged unless valid exemption documentation is approved and on file

FinishLine Graphics is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect exemption forms

Customer-provided artwork is printed as submitted
