PLEASE READ THESE WARRANTIES AND INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY – the warranty
coverage requires that you read and comply with FinishLine Graphic’s recommendations for
the proper installation, care, and use of any products you purchase from FinishLine Graphics.
FinishLine Graphics takes pride in producing and professionally installing only the highest
quality products. FinishLine Graphics will repair or replace, in its sole discretion, any product
which is defective or which has failed due to improper installation by FinishLine Graphics,
except as limited below.
The products sold or installed by FinishLine Graphics can provide years of satisfactory use
when properly applied to a suitable surface and appropriately maintained. Even so, some loss
of gloss or abrasion damage will occur over time due to the effects of sun, wind, and airborne
dust and debris. This is considered normal wear and tear, and is not covered by our warranty.
Pressure washing or machine washing vehicles can result in damage to the products installed
by FinishLine Graphics. As such, vehicles should only be hand‐washed. Damage to the installed
products caused by machine or pressure washing is not covered by our warranty.
There are a number of conditions which can cause our products to fail more rapidly than
would otherwise be expected. These conditions often relate to the surface to which our
products are to be applied, and include the following:
1) The presence of filler products, such as epoxy, silicone, or similar materials on the
2) Unfinished, aged, or oxidized areas on the application surface;
3) Incompletely or improperly removed pre‐existing graphics;
4) Adhesion failure at points of overlap;
5) Application to paint which is improperly cured; and
6) Application to closely spaced rivets.
Product failure based on these or similar conditions is not covered by our warranty unless the
underlying condition is specifically referenced in the scope of work provided on the deposit
invoice for the installation. PLEASE NOTE: Many failures attributable to these conditions can
be repaired at little to no cost if they receive prompt attention. Therefore, purchaser must
immediately notify FinishLine Graphics of any product failure. Purchaser must also bring the
vehicle needing repair to FinishLine Graphic’s facility as directed so as to ensure a prompt
repair. Failure to provide immediate notice of product failure, or to bring the vehicle to FinishLine
Graphics as directed for repair, or to comply with other reasonable instructions to limit further
damage to the installation prior to the repair will void the product warranty.
This warranty does not cover any installed products that are modified or damaged through
misuse, abuse, accident, collision, vandalism, neglect, or any mishandling of the product by any
Though installed products can typically be removed without damage, FinishLine Graphic’s
warranty does not cover any damage to the underlying surface that may occur upon removal of
the installation, including damage to paint or any staining that may be visible.
Other than as described above, FinishLine Graphics is not liable to the purchaser or user for
any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor, materials,
loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, resulting in any way from the
use, misuse, or failure of the products or services purchased.
THE WARRANTIES DISCUSSED ABOVE ARE INTENDED TO BE THE EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF
WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED, AND THERE ARE NO OTHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES MADE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, OR ARISING OUT OF A
COURSE OF DEALING, CUSTOM OR USAGE OF TRADE.
