IMPORTANT ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
⚠ NEON DTF transfers ONLY print white artwork onto the Neon film.
This is NOT a full-color transfer process.
Artwork must be provided:
- In solid WHITE only
- On a transparent background
- High resolution PNG preferred
Any colored artwork submitted will be rejected or may require artwork adjustments before printing. The white areas of your artwork will become the Neon after pressing.
USING NEON AS AN OVERLAY:
NEON DTF can be layered with full-color transfers for incredible special effects, but the neon must be applied separately.
IMPORTANT:
The neon transfer MUST be pressed first
The full-color transfer is pressed second
Your artwork must be properly prepared by:
- Knocking out the Neon areas from the full-color artwork
- Printing the Neon areas separately
- If the neon is not pressed first, the neon film may stick to portions of the full-color ink and create unwanted results.
Recommended process - Press Neon Transfer then press Full-Color Transfer

Full color second.
Available Color Options: Neon Yellow, Neon Green, Neon Orange, and Neon Pink
Very fine detail or gradients may not produce the intended neon effect.
Pressing Instructions:
280 Degrees for 8 Seconds
Cold peel
Firm pressure
Recommended heat press for best results
Turnaround Time:
Most neon transfer orders are completed within 1–2 business days depending on order volume and artwork readiness.
